Lunch & Dinner Feasts

Former Viridian chef Antonio Burrell has transformed this mellow little wine bar from a good place for cocktails to a really good place to get a bite. You’ll stay within budget at weekday lunch, when the menu offers eight items—such as a Gorgonzola-topped cheeseburger or a tuna niçoise salad—for $8 each.

Settle into one of the velvet couches or take over an outdoor table for one of the area’s best happy-hour deals (4 to 7 pm for food, 4 to 8 for drinks): On Tuesdays a ten-ounce rib eye is $11; burgers are $5.50 on Wednesdays; and Thursdays, Burrell’s greenmarket-inspired small plates are half-price ($3.50 to $7.50).
